Absolutely. We ask all guests to share any dietary requirements or allergies when requesting an invitation. While we do our best to accommodate all needs, please note that traces of nuts may be present in our kitchen and we are not a halal-certified establishment.
Priced at R1,250 per person, this all-inclusive experience offers a thoughtfully curated seven-course tasting menu, with each dish expertly paired with select alcoholic beverages designed to complement and elevate every flavour.
Guests are welcomed with a signature cocktail on arrival, followed by a selection of fine wines served throughout the meal, and a nightcap of their choice from our premium collection of whiskeys, brandies, and liqueurs.
The evening unfolds over four to five hours, providing a fully immersive dining journey in a setting crafted to engage all the senses. From the ambience to the artistry on the plate, every detail is carefully considered—creating a truly memorable and worthwhile occasion.
For guests who prefer a non-alcoholic experience, a subsidised rate of R999 per person is available, offering the same exquisite menu excluding the alcoholic pairings.
Guests are welcome to arrive from 18:30, with dinner service beginning promptly at 19:00. The evening typically wraps up around 22:30 after a night cap round the fire.
There is no dress code. We simply ask that you wear whatever makes you feel comfortable and confident. Do keep in mind that evenings can be cool—even in summer—so bring something warm just in case.
Yes, we carefully pair each course with the finest alcoholic beverages to complement and enhance the overall dining experience. A curated selection of non-alcoholic options is also available for those who prefer them.
Social Dining is by invitation only. To request an invitation, please provide your preferred date(s) and contact details. We’ll be in touch to confirm availability.
Social Dining evenings are strictly 18+ to maintain the tone and atmosphere of the event. However, children are welcome at private bespoke dinners, which can be tailored to suit your guest list.
Full payment of R1,250 per person is required in advance to secure your place. Once your place is confirmed, we’ll provide a secure booking link for payment.
Please note that The Pine Ridge Room is a fully cashless venue—no further payments are accepted or expected on the evening. Everything is taken care of in advance, so you and the other guests can simply arrive and enjoy the experience.

We want you to come, eat, drink, and relax—without the worry of any further payments on the night. Everything is taken care of in advance, so all that’s left to do is enjoy.
Due to our intimate setting and the nature of our events, we kindly ask that any cancellations be made at least 72 hours in advance in order to receive a full refund.
As a minute venue that promotes social interaction with fellow guests, we rely on confirmed attendance to plan and prepare each bespoke evening. Cancellations made within 72 hours of the event may not be eligible for a refund, though we will always review each case individually.
Refunds issued under special circumstances are at the discretion of the venue.
We welcome up to 12 guests—a select number that ensures a vibrant evening of connection, while preserving an intimate and relaxed ambiance.
